How do I log in?

To log in, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the “My Account” button on the bottom left corner.
  2. Enter your email and password when prompted.
  3. Welcome to your account page!

How do I change my address?

Please follow the below steps to update or change your address:

  1. Select the “My Account” link on the bottom left corner.
  2. Under your account, you will see “Addresses”.
  3. Update or change whenever you need to!

How do I update my credit card?

Please follow the below steps to update your credit card information:

  1. Select the “My Account” link on the bottom left corner.
  2. Under your account, you will see the “Payment Method”.
  3. Under “Payment Method”, you can view your payment source, update your card, and even change your billing address if you have moved.

When will I be billed?

Initial boxes will be billed at the time the order is placed. Subscriptions are renewed automatically. Recurring payments will be billed on the same day of each month from when you signed up.
Quarterly boxes will also automatically renew. Initial boxes will be billed at the time the order is placed. Recurring payments will be billed every three months.
Next billing date is also provided at checkout.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes! All subscriptions auto-renew unless noted for cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please review our cancellation policy in our FAQs or email us at info@thelunarbox.com!

Can I use more than one payment method?

When you place your order, you are only able to use one form of payment. We do not offer the option to split the payment between multiple cards or payment methods.

What are the Wild Luna semi-annual boxes?

The Wild Luna semi-annual boxes are our bigger “all things wild” boxes. They are shipped twice a year, once in June, and again in December. Just in time for the Summer AND the holidays! These extra unique boxes come with a naughty lot and are not for the faint of heart. Each box comes with sexy and fun extras for you or to use with your partner.

When does my Box ship?

We ship boxes four times a month. Your box will be packed to be delivered during your selected week. Deliveries are made Wednesday-Friday of each week. Depending on where you live, you should receive your box within five business days after the shipping confirmation is sent to your email.

How do I choose a delivery date?

You can choose your delivery date at the checkout page. We recommend selecting a delivery date at least seven days before your next menstrual cycle is to start.

How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all subscription orders within the U.S. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Boxes are shipped via FedEx Smartpost and/or FedEx Ground. FedEx SmartPost utilizes the US Postal Service to make final delivery of your package. Please note your box will be dropped off at your doorstep or inside your mailbox without a signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their box can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.

Can I exchange items in my Box?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange items as every box is individually curated.

All Lunar Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Any items or boxes returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Lunar Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Lunar Wave LLC.

Can I change my order frequency?

Yes, you can modify your order frequency at your discretion using your “My Account” log in. Our subscription payment options include three months, monthly, or pay-as-you-go. Just order at least a week before your next scheduled cycle to ensure you receive your Lunar Box on time.

How do you handle cancellations?

If you’re not satisfied with The Lunar Box in any way, we want to know. Please email us directly at “help@thelunarbox.com” within 5 business days of receiving your items. Let us know why, and if we cannot find a solution to your problem, we will process your cancellation ASAP.
